m9my Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

1. Definitions

In these terms, “account” means the personal player profile registered with m9my. “Player”, “you” and “your” refer to the individual using m9my. “Platform”, “website”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to m9my and the gaming services made available through the website. “Funds” include deposits, withdrawable balances, winnings and promotional credits. “Game” includes casino, live dealer, slots, poker, lottery and sports betting products.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and have legal capacity to enter this agreement. m9my may request proof of age, identity, residential address, payment ownership or source of funds. Acceptable verification may include a government-issued identity document and supporting financial records.

Registration information must be accurate, complete and current. You may hold only one m9my account. Duplicate, shared, transferred, automated or anonymous accounts are prohibited. An account must not be created on behalf of another person. m9my may suspend linked accounts while investigating duplicate registration, identity misuse, collusion or attempted restriction avoidance.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your username, password, device and verification credentials. Login details must not be disclosed to family members, friends, agents or any other person. Activity completed through valid account credentials may be treated as authorised unless m9my has been notified of a suspected compromise.

Contact m9my support promptly if you notice an unfamiliar login, payment or wager. m9my may temporarily lock an account, request fresh verification or cancel active sessions to protect player funds and platform integrity. Security checks are not a guarantee against loss caused by a player voluntarily sharing credentials.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must be made using a payment method held in the verified player’s name. Supported Malaysian methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank. Availability, minimum amounts and processing times may vary by method.

m9my generally maintains player balances in MYR. A payment provider or bank may apply its own limits, checks or charges outside our control. Deposited funds are intended for genuine gaming activity and m9my must not be used as a bank, remittance service or payment intermediary. Suspicious deposits may be held for verification or returned to the original source where appropriate.

5. Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawal requests must normally be sent to a verified payment method belonging to the account holder. Before releasing funds, m9my may require KYC checks, payment ownership evidence and review of betting activity. Processing estimates are informational and are not guaranteed where a bank, e-wallet provider, security review or incomplete documentation causes a delay.

m9my may decline, divide, reverse or place a temporary hold on a withdrawal where required to investigate fraud, bonus abuse, chargebacks, account ownership, unusual play or prohibited conduct. A valid balance will remain subject to applicable withdrawal limits and verification requirements. Players should ensure that account details match their Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow or e-wallet records.

6. Betting and Game Rules

A wager is accepted only when recorded by the m9my system and reflected in the player’s betting history. Players must review the stake, selection, odds and potential return before confirming a bet. Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be altered or cancelled at the player’s request.

Sports markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia and UFC events, are settled according to the displayed market rules and official results recognised by m9my. Obvious pricing, technical or settlement errors may be corrected. If an event is postponed, abandoned or materially changed, the applicable sport-specific rules will determine whether bets remain valid or are voided.

Casino and slot outcomes are determined through the applicable game system. Temporary visual delays do not override the result recorded on the gaming server. If a connection is interrupted during live baccarat, poker or another game, the server record is final unless an investigation confirms a platform error.

7. Bonuses, Cashback and Promotions

Promotions may carry eligibility rules, deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum stakes, expiry dates and withdrawal limits. These conditions must be reviewed before a player accepts a bonus. Promotional funds are not immediately withdrawable unless the applicable requirements have been completed.

Unless a promotion states otherwise, m9my may restrict one bonus per person, household, device, payment method, contact detail or network. Creating multiple accounts, coordinating play, placing offsetting bets or using low-risk patterns solely to unlock promotional value is prohibited. m9my may remove promotional credit and related winnings where a reasonable review establishes bonus abuse.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Players must not:

• use bots, scripts, automated betting software or unauthorised technical tools;
• collude with another player or manipulate a game, market or promotion;
• provide false documents or use funds belonging to another person;
• attempt to exploit an obvious error, delayed data feed or platform vulnerability;
• launder money, reverse legitimate payments or use m9my for unlawful activity; or
• harass support staff, disrupt the website or attempt unauthorised system access.

m9my may investigate suspicious behaviour, restrict features, void affected transactions, withhold disputed funds or close an account where evidence supports a breach. Legitimate undisputed funds will be handled in accordance with applicable checks and these terms.

9. Responsible Gambling

m9my provides gambling as entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. You must not gamble with money needed for rent, food, education, medical care, debt payments or other essential expenses. Gambling outcomes are uncertain, and no game, betting strategy, VIP tier or promotional offer guarantees a profit.

10. Suspension and Account Closure

You may request account closure through m9my customer support after pending transactions have been resolved. m9my may suspend or close an account for a material breach, security risk, unlawful conduct, failed verification, prolonged inactivity or protection of the player. We may also impose reasonable limits while a review is in progress.

Closure does not remove obligations that arose beforehand. Pending bets may be settled under the applicable rules, and valid withdrawals remain subject to identity, payment and compliance checks. Bonus funds and benefits may expire or be removed when an account is closed.

11. Service Availability and Liability

m9my aims to provide a stable platform but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, telecommunications faults, payment-provider outages, device limitations and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Players should not assume that a wager has been accepted until it appears in the account record.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, m9my is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by service interruption, device failure, incorrect player input or third-party payment delay. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy and Communications

m9my processes personal information for registration, verification, security, payments, responsible gambling, customer support and service administration. Details concerning collection, retention and player rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Operational communications concerning account safety, transactions and important service changes may be sent using the contact details on file. Marketing preferences may be managed separately, but essential account notices cannot always be disabled while an m9my account remains open.

13. Complaints and Contact

A player who disputes a payment, settlement or account decision should contact m9my support and provide the account username, relevant transaction or bet reference, date and a clear explanation. Complaints should be raised promptly so that system records remain available for review.

14. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions, together with incorporated policies and applicable game or promotional rules, constitute the agreement governing use of m9my. Where a promotion has specific terms, those specific provisions apply to that promotion to the extent of any direct conflict.
